By hiring Lumare's services or using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Lumare offers professional Fine Art and Traditional photography services, including but not limited to:
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through direct contact. A RD$ 1,500 deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session. We accept bank transfer and cash.
Cancellation: The booking deposit is non-refundable. If a session is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.
Duration: The duration of each session is specified in the hired package. Additional time may incur extra charges.
Location: The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits for sessions at private locations. Lumare is not responsible for issues related to location permits.
Rescheduling: When a cause beyond the control of either party prevents the session from taking place — bad weather, national strikes or transport disruptions, health emergencies, or other events of force majeure — the session is rescheduled at no additional cost and the deposit carries over to the new date.
Delivery time: Traditional sessions are delivered in 7 business days and Fine Art sessions in 14. A Fine Art timeframe may vary with the complexity of the production.
Selection: Lumare reserves the right to final artistic selection of the delivered images, although client preferences will be considered.
Format: Images are delivered in high-resolution digital format through a private online gallery.
Ownership: Lumare retains all copyrights over the photographs. The client receives an unlimited personal use license for the acquired images.
Commercial use: Any commercial use of the images requires written permission and may be subject to additional fees.
Portfolio: Lumare publishes your photographs for promotional purposes, portfolio, or social media only if you expressly authorise it. Without that authorisation, your images are not published. You may withdraw permission at any time and we will remove them from our channels.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute related to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.
